Seeing that I rate each hosting service on five different levels; it’s important that they have a good Better Business Bureau rating. However, the most overlooked review on a hosting provider is their customer service, which I value very highly. Nothing is more frustrating than have a problem, and not being able to contact your hosting provider to resolve the dilemma.
